2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 onion
1 cup of common purslane
1 bunch of parsley
1 pepper
1 tablespoon of capers
5 – 6 black olives
Half a teaspoon of salt
100 g of feta cheese
1 teaspoon of oregano
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, pepper and the purslane. Cut all into pieces and put them in a salad bowl. Add the caper, the onion cut into rings and the olives. Add the salt, oregano, oil, vinegar and mix. Finally, add pieces of feta.
