Store your oil away from light, heat and air. Store in a metal container or dark glass bottle in a cupboard in your kitchen area. Pick products which are not sold in plastic packaging, as many reactions can occur between the substances in the plastic packaging and olive oil.
Anyway, you would not keep “gold” in a plastic container!!!
