Wir zerdr\u00fccken den Knoblauch mit dem Salz. In einer tiefen Schale mischen wir die Gurke, das Oliven\u00f6l mit dem Essig abwechselnd und zum Schluss f\u00fcgen wir den Joghurt dazu.
